Puppy Purchase Agreement Contract
with One-Year Health Warranty
Health Statement
We guarantee that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale (excluding potential intestinal parasites). The puppy will have received all age-appropriate core immunizations, deworming treatments, and a health check conducted by a licensed veterinarian (a health certificate will be provided). Minor health issues caused by environmental changes (e.g., stress-induced diarrhea) are not valid grounds for a refund or return. Buyers must report any health concerns within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a licensed veterinarian’s examination and diagnosis.
Liability Disclaimer
The seller will not be held responsible for:
-
Common health issues, including parasites (e.g., worms, giardia), kennel cough, or ear mites.
-
Health issues arising due to buyer negligence, such as accidents, illnesses, or environmental factors.
-
Veterinary costs incurred by the buyer.
-
The final adult size of the puppy. While the seller provides size predictions based on experience, available tools, and the puppy's parental size and genetic background, the ultimate size of the puppy is influenced by multiple factors, including genetics and the buyer's care and feeding practices. Any size estimate provided is for reference only and not a guarantee.
This agreement applies exclusively to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
Genetic Disease Warranty
If the puppy develops a severe genetic defect within one year of purchase, the buyer is required to return the puppy to the seller. The buyer will then be eligible to select a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value from the next available litter.
This warranty is contingent upon the buyer providing a written report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the genetic defect.
